Vint Street’s Buyer Protection Fee
When you buy a product from a private seller, you will see a 7.2% fee added. This is our Buyer Protection Fee.
The Buyer Protection Fee covers transaction costs, payment security, measures against theft/fraud, customer service and item dispute investigations… along with a few other things.
Selling is free
Whilst buyers pay a fee, selling is completely free. The price you list your item for is final, there are no automatic deductions. Plus, buyers pay for their own shipping separately, so there’s no need for you to factor in this cost when pricing your pieces.
We are working on some ways for you to boost and highlight your items, which will involve an extra cost. Watch this space.
