We don’t return pre-loved items, only items that are new, sealed and returned in the same condition.
If you do return your item, you have to cover the shipping and there is a 2% handling charge.
If you feel we have not described the item fairly, you can make a complaint and we will investigate.
If you bought something from a private seller and aren’t happy with it, we encourage you to try and settle it privately first.
If you aren’t able to do that, you will need to raise a dispute.
